Becky Klee is the Operations Director who keeps our ad agency running somewhere between “well-oiled machine” and “controlled chaos.” If something needs organizing, optimizing, scheduling, fixing, or magically making sense, Becky is already three steps ahead. From managing workflows to keeping teams aligned and clients happy, she’s the behind-the-scenes force ensuring that big ideas actually get executed (on time, no less).

Becky has a knack for spotting inefficiencies before anyone else notices them and quietly turning them into streamlined systems that make everyone’s lives easier. Whether she’s juggling timelines, untangling logistics, or keeping the agency moving forward, she does it all with precision, calm, and just the right amount of humor.
